Five Layer Bars

1 1/2 Cup corn flake crumbs
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter or margarine melted
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup butterscotch chips
1 1/2 cups coconut
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1 can (14oz) sweetened condensed milk

1. In a 13x9x2 inch pan stir together corn flake crumbs, sugar and melted butter. With back of spoon, press mixture evenly and firmly in bottom of pan to form crust.

2. layer chips, coconut and walnuts evenly over crust. Pour sweetened condensed milk evenly over top.

3. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes or until lightly browned around edges. Cool completely before cutting into bars.

Makes 24 bars

Meatballs

1 Lb ground beef
1/3 cup bread crumbs
1 Lg Egg
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 Tsp minced or garlic powder
1/2 Tsp salt
1/4 Tsp pepper

Heat over to 400 Coat cooking sheet with non- stick cooking spray

Mix ingredients until well blended. Shape into 1/4 balls and place on pan. (About33)

Bake until no longer pink- 15 Minutes

Freeze extra meetballs not touching on wax paper. Freeze in zip lock freezer bag until 3 months.

Easiest and Tastiest Bread in the World

2 2/3 cup warm water
1 heaping Tbl yeast
stir until yeast is dissolved

1 heaping tbl sugar
2 level tsp salt
2 tbl oil
mix together with yeast and water

6-7 cups flour

Let rise for hour and a half punch down, let rise for hour punch down, lay on two pans and let rise 45 mins. Cut 3 slits in loaf. Bake @ 350 for half hour

Irresistible Brownies

3/4 cup ( 1 1/2) stick butter
2 Cups Sugar
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flower
1/2 cup cocoa
1/2 Tsp baking powder
1/2 Tsp Salt
4 Eggs
2 Tsp Vanilla extract
2 Cups Semi-sweet Choc morsels (divided)
1/2 cup nuts (optional)

Preheat oven to 350. Melt butter, Add sugar, flour, cocoa, baking powder, salt, eggs and vanilla extract. Stir w/ spoon until batter is well blended and smooth. Stir in 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet choc morsels and nuts if desired. Spread into 13x9 inch pan. Sprinkle w/ remaining 1/2 cup semi-sweet choc. morsels. Bake 30-35 Minutes until set. Cool on wire rack. Cut into 2-Inch squares.
